What would you do?

So I have a job that I work Monday thru Sunday (all week) from 3:30pm to 1:30am :( i am 11 weeks pregnant and I am high risk and the job doesn't seem to care I have gave them notes from my doctors and still no breaks and if I do get one it's only 15 mins, I am afraid to lose my baby :( but I need the money, today I have to work again and I did last night I am in pain... what would you do?

That's illegal in the United states. 4 hours gets you a 15 minute break, 6 hours gets you a 30 minute lunch, and 8+ hours you get 15 minute break and a 30 minute lunch.

Your baby and your well being is more important at this time in my opinion... I was high risk but kept working anyways and ended up delivering my son sleeping... I'd go back and change it if I could!

Where do you work that you work 8 hours with only a 15 min break.  If it is in the states I am pretty sure it isn't legal.  Leave

Report your work to osha or a place to come investigate your work. They will investigate and you Will not have to worry about the wrong doing anymore they will make them correct it. Have other friends call in and complain too.

I would not go. And file for unemployment right away. Or you can ask to work part time. Just say your schedule has changed due to your HIGH risk pregnancy.

Report it to osha. They will investigated. Also a note from doctors gets you the extra break if you need it. Depending where you live depends on the break requirements for hours working.
