Will I get denied to foster?

So my husband and I are considering fostering a child maybe even foster to adopt. We have our own house, vehicles, full time steady jobs and our bills paid on time. We both have no criminal records and no health problems. The only thing I’m concerned about is that in my past about 3 years ago I had a drug overdose. I’ve never been diagnosed with depression and I’m not on any antidepressants or any medication at all. I just had one stupid emotional night that I couldn’t take life anymore. I’ve changed my life completely around and I’ve never had another experience like I did that one night. Do you think We could get denied because of it? 😭
