first workout !! feeling good


today was my first work out, I have many more to go to get to my goal weight but I'm feeling good. here's what I look rn, (start) please don't hate, that's why I am working out.

to start I am doing

warm ups n stretches;

30 seconds - high knees

10 - squats

10 second plank

10 - lunges


work out;

8 - good mornings

8 - donkey kicks

8 - arm rolls

8 - wall push ups

8 - knees to chest

repeat for 15-20 minutes

always have water bottle beside me, and meal prep n smaller portions.
