Hospital Made Her Go into Preterm Labor😤

I just found out this morning that my niece who was 6 months pregnant, went into labor at 7am this morning, and had her baby boy in her bathroom. The last 2 days she went in to the local hospital because she was having pain. They monitored her and sent her home this morning, giving her 2 Percocet and saying everything looked fine. She ended up delivering him a couple hours later all by herself and they had to air lift her to the children's hospital. He's 3 months early, 1.15lbs, and sooo tiny. Even I know that Percocet induces labor. This has to be malpractice! Am I wrong? Please keep them in your prayers! My niece won't leave his side and my heart just breaks for her.
