How will I know when I’m done having babies?

Question

I have two daughters one is 19 months old and one of 4 months old, my partner and I had our girls close together as I have endometriosis and a few other problems; I had gynaecology surgery and it took 7 months before I fell pregnant with our first and
we were told it would take a long time to fall pregnant again due to my problems and having a csection - it took us less than a month and I couldn’t be more grateful. - I thought I’d explain why we had them close 🙈
But my questions is, how do you know when your done having babies? 👶🏻👶🏻 
I’ve spoken to my partner and he’s happy with two - don’t get me wrong I love our girls more than I could possibly describe. But I can’t shake that feeling of wanting another in a few years... I can only have 1 more according to my obstetrician due to having already 2 csections and only being aloud 3.
Basically, how will I know when I’m done having babies?

It’s a feeling. I personally know how many kids I want to have. Which originally was 8 but I definitely feel like I can push out 2 more only because I’m getting to a point where I am near my cut off age.
I just had my 4th two weeks ago. So I figure I have late this year and next year to have those two babies and I’m closing up shop.
I’m definitely ok with 6

You’ll know. I’m DONE. Done done done. I have a boy and a girl and I scheduled a vasectomy for my husband when our daughter was 2 months. When you know, you know.

I always wanted 4 kids, Im on no. 3 and it has been the hardest pregnancy. To the point where mentally and physically I dont think I can do it again. I have agreed with hubby - this is his 1st- that we will leave it open for 3 yrs, as I think he would like 1 more of his own. But after 3 yrs if its not discussed then my uterus is closed for business!

I'm currently pregnant with number 4, and I finally feel like this will be it.  I feel like my family will be complete.  I didn't have that feeling after the other three.

You will definitely know when the time comes. I am on my fourth pregnancy, and as hard as the decision is to make, I’ve decided that this is my last pregnancy. 
I love pregnancy and having little babies who depend on me, but as you get older it takes more of a toll in your body. I had my first two in my early 20’s and I’m now mid 30’s about to have my fourth (I also have a 2 yr old). I have had more complications with the later two than with the first two. 
I’m doing a tubal ligation after delivery. I’m totally at peace with my decision.
