6 week ultrasound

I have my 6 week transvaginal ultrasound on 2/23 and im so nervous because last month I had a chemical pregnancy that only made it to 4 weeks. Im scared about doc not finding gestational sac or baby. Is their any symptoms that can lead up to not finding the sac? Im just a nervous wreck. 😭
