How many go to sleep after baby is asleep for the night

I don’t know how many nights Ive said I’m going to go to bed right when I put him to sleep for the night. I try so hard too but it never happens. I always got to hurry take a shower, eat dinner, wash bottles, prepare bottles for the night. By the time I look at the clock it’s been almost two hours since I put him to sleep for the night. I don’t even do anything to enjoy my free time like watch tv when he’s asleep. I’m basically doing all my house duties.
