Awful upper back pain

So I wrote on here a few months ago about this sudden upper back pain that radiated into my upper abdomen(I didn’t know I was pregnant at this time so I assumed gallbladder but it never happened again, I was only like 4 weeks pregnant). Today I am 12 weeks and a few days (WITH TWINS). I got up for work and was taking a shower and got this same awful back pain I had experienced before. It’s not as crippling as it was before but VERY uncomfortable and almost putting me in tears. I’m at work and it hurts to sit, stand, lay down, nothing is helping. Anyone experienced something similar and know of a quick relief? I have a doctors appt tomorrow but I’m hoping this pain doesn’t last all day because I really can’t handle it.
