Amarillo curpo fuerte

My fiancé and I have unexplained infertility. We have tried many different treatments and I think I have had 3 chemical pregnancies on our own. He wants to try this yellow body strong that he says lots of women in his country use. Does anyone know anything about it? I cant find it here in the USA. Please respond in English if possible, I only speak a little Spanish. Thank you
