Traveling thoughts ?

So I had a miscarriage back in October after trying for so long after having my son. I got an iud because I didn’t want to go through the same pain emotionally again but resent Ku I have ven really wanting another baby specially because I want my son to have a sibling close in age, but we will be taking a family vacation to Dominican Republic in July. Should I take my iud out before going or after getting back ?

Because I’ve heard it’s dangerous out there with the zica virus -_-
