nursery help

hey everyone! I had originally wanted to do and artic type theme for a nursery. but I've now thought of a space/star wars theme, because SO loves star wars and we both like stars, a puppy theme since we have two dogs who are both super lovey dovey and protective of baby already, or my original artic them. I've always loved the artic and polar bears. but another option is to try to I corporate all of that into one. what do you guys thi k. which one or all of them?
