Paranoid! Help!

I know there’s no chance for me to be pregnant because I had sex with a condom and the condom worked perfect- no rips, no slips, but I’m paranoid. I think my anxiety is messing with my stomach, but then I also worry if I could be pregnant. If I used the protection well, like he didn’t ejaculate inside he pulled out before he ejaculated and we used the condom right, could my anxiety be causing my stomach to be uneasy at times?
