Want my body back! 😓
Before pregancy i was 68kg (i'm 1.72cm tall) with a normal body, Double D; i've never been skiny but i wasn't fat, everything was on its place... but now.. i'm 88kg!!!!! 😭😭 everything is out of place, my belly looks horrible!! My arms are 5 times bigger!!
I dont know what to do! As i'm kind of a single mom ("kind of" bc my husband doesn't live with me right now bc of work and i'm alone with the baby) i have no chance to leave my baby and go for a run 🏃🏻♀️. The most i do is take a walk with my bby... any advise? Please!!!!
