Did having a baby fix my PCOS

After struggling for over a year to get pregnant my husband and I ended up doing IVF with ICSI. I had PCOS. I got pregnant and gave birth to a beautiful heart warrior baby in November due to her heart and surgery and hospital stay I wasn’t able to breast feed but pumped exclusively. I assumed I wouldn’t get a period cuz I was pumping and also since I haven’t had one on my own in over 2 years. Well guess what showed up last week... is it possible that having a baby has somehow fixed me and regulated me?!?
