Implantation?

Jeanette • Mon, Jun 08 • Pcos with no thyroid starting to get regular trying to conceive for 15 yrs

I had af 27-30. Have not been using opks due to waiting for them to get here I am now having red in my urine there isn't much and Dr tested everything but pregnancy all being normal. I do have low potassium right now though. Could it be implantation this early? I wouldn't think so but I've seen stranger stuff
