Need advice... Newborn won't sleep in his crib

My two week old newborn sleeps in his crib just fine during the day, but at night, he absolutely hates it. I know that it's not recommeded but I let him sleep in bed with me and he goes to sleep with no issues. I don't want to take the risk of accidentally rolling on my baby when I fall asleep, what should I do to make him sleep in his crib? Please don't criticize me for letting him sleep on my bed, I really do try to let him get comfortable in his crib before I give in.
