Cervical position- Help!!!!

Please for the love of the wee man can someone tell me HOW anyone knows what their cervix is? What it feels like? How you know it’s open or closed etc? I’m a 44 year old woman who isn’t stupid but I seriously don’t get how all these women can feel and know what is the cervix and how high and low. Please answer me graphically cos I won’t get it otherwise. I just don’t get it. Everything in there all feels the same to me, wet and spongy. Anyone that helps me understand deserves a degree or an award or something cos I just don’t get it. Lol 😆 I laugh because I feel stupid being the age I am and having no clue xx
