Need insight

Just checked my calendar 4 weeks since abortion bf and I have been very sexual active with no protection. (My hormones have been high in sex drive) no period yet and test show negative I have been getting cramps for the past week or I think it came and check and nothing so idk I’m being patient tbh if I was to end up pregnant I would just keep it at this stage plus when I had abortion I was only 7 weeks
