HELP! Nursing bra pain or clogged duct?

Question

anyone ever have sore boobs from a nursing bra?   I wore my underwire nursing bra for like 30-40 mins today and it wasn't the right fit so off it came.
now I'm sore and it feels bruised and is tender to the touch. 
just bruised or a clogged duct? Doing things as if its a clogged duct just in case.

I would treat it like a clog & just alternate hot & cold compress, massage, and keep nursing/pumping from that side!

I never wear underwire nursing bras because of this! plus my boobs change size so much during breastfeeding that it's just simpler with no wire

Probably bruised I was told by the lactation nurses to not wear nursing bras with the underwire

I know if I wear too tight of a bra or tank top with a built in bra I get a clogged duct. If it’s a tender, hard spot on your breast I would continue to treat it as a clog. If it’s just tender where the bra band sits then it might just have been too tight.
