ADVICE PLEASE??

Sooo I am about 6 days late on my period. I am under quite a bit of stress as I work full time and do school full time so sometimes my period will come late here and there. No biggie! But now I’m noticing a vaginal discharge that super bright yellow and smells like vinegar?? And also itching but it’s not my vag that’s itchy more like my inner thighs right near my vag... I’m sure it’s some sort of infection maybe??

Anyone had this before?

Any thoughts, besides the obvious “see your doctor” because I am about to make an appointment I guess I’m just anxious..
