If we are lucky

Hi Ladies! I'm nearing the end of my TWW after my 2nd IUI. I go in on Thursday for a pregnancy test. With all the meds and procedures we have done over the last 16 months, I've never made it this close to going in for a test. By now AF has always reared her ugly head by now. But this time I haven't even felt a single symptom of my period coming. I'm trying not to get my hopes up too much, but at the same time I have never felt so hopeful. So my question to all you beautiful ladies is with going through fertility treatments, we don't exactly get surprise our hubbies. Does anyone have any ideas of ways to make letting him know our dreams have come true, and make it feel really special, even if he knows it might be coming?
