Working from home!

I know this may be a long shot, but I was wondering if any of you lovely ladies know how to work from home successfully? I want nothing more than to stay at home when my baby is born but the way things are going financially that doesn't look like a good outcome. I have good computer skills, I'm an above average typist, and I have good people skills. Any help with this would be appreciated!
