So I have been recently diagnosed with lupus and it seems it's affecting my ability to absorb vitamins properly, so I was wondering some suggestions on a high vitamin diet so there's more chance of me getting some in my system, aside from shots and supplements which I've already started. (Currently deficient in B12 and Vit D) any recommendations would be helpful, I eat a good amount of veggies but not a lot of protein, which is also something I need to fix, I'm just not a big meat person (I do eat eggs often though)
