Gluten-free helps with fertility?

Question

Anyone have experiences with going gluten-free helping with fertility? 1.5 years TTC and seeing an acupuncturist, diagnosed with a large fibroid and taking herbs. My acupuncturist thinks something is "upsetting" my digestion so recommended gluten-free, curious of anyone's experience with this?

It did a stint of it last year. I felt amazing. Not preggo but wasnt ovulating. Now iam eating fruits vegs and protein. Cut out processed stuff and fatty sugar foods. I feel good :-) i reakon try it..anything is worth a try

if you do go gluten free, you need to make sure you are getting all necessary vitamins and minerals that you will be missing out on. generally as far as I know, unless you have an intolerance, they advise not to cut out whole food groups for this reason. good luck!
