Arrrrghhh!! This is driving me nuts now! Please help!

Mine updated today, today is my expected period day but no period (yay!) ... but glow has started a new cycle as in today is cd1 but it's not because I don't have my period. Why has glow started me on a new cycle when I'm not on a new cycle and how do I fix it?

Also how on earth can I get this app to stop incorrectly predicting my ovulation day as 5 days later than it actually is? Drives me nuts because I temp, opk and cap/cm monitor so I'm very confident of my ovulation dates..but glow can't seem to grab the day a keep it :s
