Frustrated
I'm trying to temp so I can track my cycle, as I have PCOS and just came off the pill. I work nights, so my "morning" is anywhere between 2pm-5pm, depending on when I get home and get to sleep. However, on my days off, I sometimes wake up at noon.
Is taking BBT in a range of 12pm-6pm OK, as long as it follows my natural sleep cycle (and at least 4 hours of sleep)?
It seems like taking the temp is more important following solid sleep rather than the time of day?
