Endometriosis?? Pregnant??

Question for you all- my husband and I have been TTC for 5 months now (this month is the 5th month) I’ve been off birth control for 7 months my periods have progressively gotten worse. I’m going to my DR In two weeks (that’s the first they could get me in) and I just had the shortest weirdest period that was one day late. I’m normally very regular. I started late Saturday and had weird 3 days and now It’s over but I’m still miserably tired, my lower back hurts and I’m nauseous and hungry 24/7. I took a test Saturday morning that was a BFN and then started my period later that day. Every day was extremely light.

I almost took a test this morning but I think that I’m going crazy. Could I be pregnant? Does this sound like endometriosis? Anyone have anything similar happen to them?
