So I suffer with IBS, only got it last summer but recently the bloating has been so bad and so painful! I love my body, I also have pcos so it’s been difficult to love my body but I do. The picture on the left is me with slight bloating, then you an see throughout the day it gets so bad, so painful too!! My rolls stick out when I get bloated (don’t really have them much without bloating) and my tummy gets sore and swollen basically!
I don’t know what to do as I’ve eliminated pasta, white bread and cheese out my diet as they were the worst offenders, but it still happens!
Please help! Fed up of being unhappy with how I look when bloated and fed up of the pain!
