Pins and needles in BACK?

I’m a few days away from 26 weeks. Yesterday I had a drs visit which I received the tdap shot and everything was fine the remainder of the day and up to about 3pm today. I was at the grocery store and I started getting this awful feeling like I was being poked with needles in my back. It was starting from my lower back and making its way up, in a wavelike motion. It wasn’t the average “restless” or “pins and needles” feeling.. it was more intense. Almost comparable to the actual pin stabbing feeling of getting a tattoo. I’m not too worried but I was just wondering if anybody else has had this? All my internet searches are coming up with hands/legs, nothing about back. Any feedback while I wait for my nurse at my dr’s office to get back to me?
