Bleeding
So I started bleeding 3 days ago. Such as a period. I went to have vaginal ultrasound no heartbeat. Doctors said most likely having miscarriage. The thing is isn’t early for heartbeat ?
and I’m not having clots and no cramping. Any one has experience this? Need advice please!
