is it possible

hey guys. So I had a baby 4 months ago. he will be 5 months on the 1st. I was breast feeding but started drying up. well I had my first period the 2nd of feb. And I just took a test and it's showing a very faint positive, on a first response twice. And I took it this evening is this even possible? to have a faint positive 8 days before period due???? my period wouldn't be due till the 2nd of March! please help!
