Cure for these stinkin headaches?!?

Hi ladies, 
Currently 13 weeks and have had a non-stop pounding headache for the last three days. I’m trying to avoid taking Tylenol and I don’t drink caffeine. Any remedies you’ve tried that have helped?? Thanks in advance!

I had them for a week straight I’ve tried everything. A hot shower temporarily helps but other than that I didn’t find anything. I did take Tylenol pm to help me sleep.

I’m 14 weeks now and Had a few bad headaches before but now it seems like it’s everyday I wake up with it! Don’t want to take anything else either but a little
Pepsi helps though usually So sick I cant new anything down... like morning sickness I was told that the headaches are suppose to get better but between 14-16 weeks headache will be at their worst! Good luck ladies! Just laying I. Bed now in a dark room, the less light their is seems to help too

I’m 16.5 weeks and have been having migraines for weeks. 😣 they used to always happen around my period so now I guess they’re just going to happen all the time. I have been paranoid about taking meds, and I was avoiding caffeine entirely first trimester. I drink at least 100 oz of water a day and exercise 6 days a week  for an hour but hasn’t made the headaches go away  😣
For me, I have had to start having one caffeinated soda a day. I’m not sure if you’re just nervous about the caffeine during pregnancy, but even 40 mg (way below the 200 mg recommended daily limit) has really given me at least temporary relief  I know how hard it is. I deeply miss being able to pop a few imitrex and down tons of caffeine. But yeah, it’s helped me a little. That and a wet rag, dark room and a nap when the timing allows it. Good luck 💛

I went to the dr and they gave me magnesium pills.  That with a gallon of water a day has helped.  Also exercise (but that sounds not so fun lately).  Good luck!  Feel better!

I ended up in the ER last night with this. Don’t let it get worse. I was taking Tylenol and it wasn’t working. It got so bad i was in tears. They gave me fluids, Tylenol, and zofran. It’s finally gone now but i think it got so bad because the Tylenol wasn’t working and i wasn’t doing anything else for it
