Lash extensions

I’ve been considering getting lash extensions. I was wanting to know if anyone has ever done this and what your experience was? What happens if you don’t get them filled, will it do anything to your natural lashes? I already have pretty long natural lashes but I’d like if they were a little bit longer and fuller. I don’t really know much about them, so feel free to share as much as you can about them!!
