Period from Hell

I have PCOS and my gyno prescribed me MonoNessa to regulate the hormones since PCOS is a hormonal imbalance. I just reached the end of my first pack and am on my period. The cramps are insanely painful that I can’t help but cry. Before I started taking the pill I never felt pain in my ovaries and rarely had a heavy painful flow. Today it started as spotting and within hours turned into Satan’s sacrificial Niagara Falls with the worst cramps I’ve ever had. Its a mix between radiating pain that goes from my vag to my back and stabbing ovary pain. Nothing is touching the pain and heating pads and hot baths arent working. I dont want to go to the hospital but at the same time I really want the pain to stop. Please help!
