Pelvic girdle pain. Help.

Anyone else having extremely bad pelvic girdle pain?? I can’t lift one leg a few inches higher than the other or Hardly lift Myself up Or turn Over in Bed and idk what to do anymore. Advice?! I could barely get through my maternity pics. My doctor doesn’t seem to be too worried with it and it’s starting to annoy me. I’m in constant pain.
