Could I be pregnant?!?

Okay ladies, I need some SERIOUS help with what my body is doing. I’m 23 days late on my period, as of today. 5 days ago I started spotting-just one little spot the first day. All old, brown blood. And it’s been spotting the last 5 days now. Barely anything on my pad all day long, but when I wipe sometimes I have the old, brown blood. Other times it’ll be clear and nothing. Again, 23 days late on my period now..... could I be pregnant?

Oh! And!.... my boyfriend and I bought 3 pregnancy tests for me to take about 2 weeks ago, and they all came up negative.... we are wondering if I should get a blood test done next?

Please help! We’re excited if we are pregnant, but I don’t want to get my hopes up yet......
