Question???

So I’m 3DPO but I’ve been having the strongest feeling that I’m pregnant... my boobs hurt so bad.. the bumps around my nipples are so swollen(like more than they have ever been before) I have had cramping every day, I’ve been having hot flashes like crazy, and this morning I woke up with indigestion so bad I thought I was going to get sick. So I decided to test even though I’m only 3dpo... of course it was negative.. but is there still a chance it can be positive later on?
