Implantation bleeding? Help!?

So my periods are always irregular as I have PCOS. The period I had in January was the first one I've had since I had a miscarriage in early September. I kept track of ovulation after my January period and did what we needed to do. 😉 My question is, what is normal implantation bleeding? By this calendar, I should start my period (Which is hard to go by seeing that my periods aren't regular) on the 26th of February. BUT, on the 19th and 20th I had VERY light spotting. Then on the 21st and 22nd of Feb. I had a little bit heavier bleeding. Enough to wear a tampon but it wasn't too bad. The initial bleeding/spotting came out of nowhere. No cramps, no nothing. Now I'm having some cramps, headache, lower back ache, extreme fatigue, more frequent urination... and today (2/23) it's completely gone. No bleeding. Could that be Implantation? Should I test? Today would be 14dpo... I didn't get a positive test on my first pregnancy last year until about 15dpo.
