Did anyone get the same pregnancy symptoms as they did on their first pregnancy? My first pregnancy symptom was eating a hell of a lot, then cramps from ovualting all the way to when my period was due and creamy cm day before period. Sadly ended in a miscarriage.. Did anyone get different symptoms in different pregnancys? Just need some hope :(
