I need advice plz... .. .

I'm in birth control pills take them every day at same hour. And on last weekend my partner and I had intimacy and I felt something really different that time. My nipples are sore, I have lower abb pain.  Today I clean my self and on the paper it was creamy white with a little light green... Could that be that I could be pregnant? Second question can man came twice really fast?
