Help!

So I’m pretty new here to this. So about three months ago I had a miscarriage and I’m not trying to get pregnant but I’m not avoiding it. My period is four days late and my breasts are very sore. Also about six days after I had unprotected sex I had a brownish blood discharge, I only noticed it when I wiped and none after that. I can’t sleep and my moods are everywhere. I’m scared to take a test because of the miscarriage...terrified to see a negative and kinda terrified to see a positive. Does this sound like pregnancy or am I crazy??
