Left leg aches normal? 5w6d

Has anyone else experienced left leg feeling achy and sore? I'm a ftm and have googled too many things about blood clots. I've had a cyst underneath my skin in panty line for the past two and a half months that my doctor prescribed cream for. It's flared up a little today along with feeling sore and didn't know if that and leg aches were related.

my legs have been bothering me quite often, I remember having this with my first but it was in my third trimester so Idk! will be asking my doctor at my appointment.

My right leg was doing that last night when I went to bed. It helped to warm it.
