When I was having Braxton hicks contractions the hospital used a heating pad on my back so I'm sure it's fine 🙈

I did when I was in labor... and the heated seats in my car were so heavenly, they had to force me out to walk into the hospital. Heat was the key for my back labor. I’m not a doctor tho so maybe call your ob just to make sure? Stay strong!

I had kidney stones during my pregnancy and a heating pad worked wonders for me! My ob said it was fine and that since it was on my back i didn’t have a time limit
