Prepping for ivf
So I’m just waiting for my period so I can get my cycle started. I’ll be taking estrace for about a week before my period and then I start injections day 3 of my cycle. Any tips for what to do/what not to do during this time and before retrieval? I’ve heard it’s best to not exercise but anything else I should be thinking about? Any tips appreciated.
