went in to the ER at 7+5 with heavy bleeding and cramping after intercourse...they did an external ultrasound and found 2 babes in separate sacs 😱 and no cause for the bleeding 🙌. The bleeding stopped by the end of the day and the following day there was nothing. Now when I'm up and about for longer than 10 minutes I'm having brown spotting. There's no cramping so I'm trying not to worry but my first thought is something up. Has this happened to anyone? my official first appt is in a week and part of me is afraid I may not see 2 babes by then. We went from being done after our 2 (boy and a girl) to a surprise 3rd to a surprise twins and my emotions are swirling! #anxious.
