Paying for the Pill

So I am 18 years old and want to be on the pill but don’t want to let my parents know bc they’re against it because they think Im going to have sex when it’s actually to regulate my period. I want to go to planned parenthood but I don’t think I have enough to cover the bills. I also heard they offer free Birthcontrol and copay visits so what should I do?
