4 weeks and cramping.....

In Feb I had a MC and never experienced heavy cramping, only what would feel like intermittent period cramps. However, for the last few days I've experienced very painful cramping (gerealized to one side) that wakes me up at night. Only once during the night and ONLY at night. But, holy cow is it uncomfortable. Has anyone else experienced this in their 4th week of pregnancy? Wondering is this is how MC normally go for people or of I'm experiencing normal stretching symptoms.
