Anyone have any suggestions for small but filling meals to eat throughout the day?

I’m needing to eat more throughout the day as well as drink more water so that I don’t have a dizzy spell again. Do any of y’all have any suggestions of some meals I could prep for the week? (Absolutely hate bananas and pickles!)
