Naked children in YOUR home?

We have a local “gossip” Facebook page I guess you could call it. And someone posted that last night someone had the nerve to call the police because their son was without underwear (4 year old son..) and standing near a window without blinds. The mom said the boy had just had a pee accident and she went to get new underwear for him and he was walking around THIER house. When the police showed up about the reason this happened the boy was terrified to get naked again that his mommy was going to go to jail and she states he wouldn’t even take a bath that night. The cop said she was not in the wrong at all but had to follow up on the call since it was reported.

My question is, do you think this is okay? Would you allow your children to walk around naked(even for short periods of time) ? Or would you be the nosy neighbor calling that your neighbor is naked 🤷🏼‍♀️

I personally wonder A- why was the neighbor looking into your windows? And B- how close was they to your house to see so clearly what it was? I live 15 steps from my neighbor and can’t see into their house 🤷🏼‍♀️
