Provera help?

I was prescribed provera after being 45 late and after loads of negative test results.

Today it’s day 3 of taking provera and I got some spotting. Is that my period starting?

Is this CD1?

Can I TTC normally?

I don’t have any issues as far as I know, all blood work was good. The main reason that I’m inducing my period is because I’m 35 and TTC my first child, so I told my doctor that I don’t want to lose any more time.
